Billing, scheduling, and holiday information
Most people choose to pay for services upon receipt of the invoice using a personal check, Master Card or Visa. Some individuals make arrangements in advance to have their trust account or their long term insurance companies approve and make payment for the services rendered. Most all major insurances are accepted.
All services are rendered hourly. Naturally, if any one care provider is requested to work beyond the legal work week of forty hours, we must pay and bill time and one half.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts holidays are time and one half as follows: New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Patriot’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
